Park Sod Project Installation Update 10/5/26

At the January 27, 2026 CDD meeting, the Board of Supervisors approved ASI Landscapes to install new sod in the two remaining sections of the park located between Abaco Island Avenue and Spring Point Circle. Once this project is complete, all sod within the park will have been replaced.

Portions of the park will be closed during installation and for a short period afterward to allow the new sod to properly establish. Installation dates will be posted on the District website once finalized.

Update: ASI Landscapes will begin the park sod project on October 8th.

  • October 8–9: Sod preparation
  • October 12: Sod installation

Following installation, the newly sodded areas will be closed for approximately 2–3 weeks to allow the sod to root. We kindly ask residents to avoid using these areas while they are closed. Thank you for your cooperation as we complete this improvement to the community park.
