CDD Wall Painting Project

UPDATE 6/14/24

The Spring Lake Community Development District has approved the repainting the existing concrete and stucco boundary wall located on Rhodine Road and Summerfield Boulevard. The boundary wall includes periodic wall openings with fixed metal fencing attached to the wall which are not part of the scope of work and shall be protected from being painted.

The scope of work will be limited to the surface of the wall facing the roadways (including the columns), the top surface of the wall, any surface that may be visible from the roadway (i.e., the sides of the wall at openings or terminus) and the column top caps (the entire cap). The surface of the wall facing the homes and the aluminum fence sections are excluded from the scope of work. The work in general includes repairs/replacement of masonry and stucco (substrates), surface preparation for painting and application of the paint coating to the substrates and systems outlined in the specifications.

The project will begin the week of June 17, 2024 and is expected to be completed by August 1, 2024 subject to weather delays.
