Lake Bank Erosion Project Notice

The Board has contracted with Crosscreek Environmental to perform lake bank erosion repairs on the designated Orange, Purple, and Red areas only. A copy of a map showing these areas can be found by clicking here.

We have received notification that Crosscreek Environmental is estimated to begin work in these designated areas May 7, 2025. They expect the project will take 6-10 weeks to complete subject to weather conditions and any additional construction related issues that may arise.

Crosscreek Environmental will make all attempts to minimize any disruption, but to accomplish the work needed, it will be necessary for equipment and supplies to enter and leave the shoreline where the repairs will take place. They have been working with certain homeowners to obtain additional access points to complete the project along with the use of easements granted to the CDD for access to the lake.

Crosscreek Environmental will be staging equipment on CDD property by the mail kiosk near the corner of Nora Grant Place and Lake Lucaya Drive. Please be careful when walking or driving near this area while the repairs are in progress.
