  • Approved on January 28, 2025 - The Board approved one proposal for CDD PVC fence repairs near pond 7 and a not to exceed for a second proposal for the CDD PVC fence near the townhomes subject to final review. We are trying to make the repairs we can for the CDD PVC fence along Blue Pacific but it may require some additional repairs. Please note this is not PVC fence that is on resident property please see the link below.
  • Approved on January 28, 2025 - Crosscreek Environmental was approved to make the lake bank repairs from the storm. Once the contract is finalized a separate update will be provided.
  • Some of the community seasonal holiday banners have been repaired. The CDD and HOA are discussing some better location options for the remaining banners so that may not be resolved until March 2025.

We ask that residents review this link to the Wall & Fence Maintenance Responsibility Map Dated 04-26-2023. This map shows who is responsible for certain areas of the PVC fence. In most cases residents are responsible for the PVC fence behind their homes since it is on your property. This is not PVC fence owned and maintained by the CDD.
